We are currently seeking a Care Support Assistant to join our friendly and dedicated team, supporting three female clients based in Winsford and Barnton.
This position involves full time(36 hours per week) and will include a mixture of day shifts, evening shifts and sleep-in nights shifts.
Main duties of the job
As a Care Support Assistant, you will receive full training to help you thrive in your role and gain confidence in providing quality care. After training is completed, you will receive a competitive rate of pay of £13.45 per hour and £87.20 per sleeping night shift.
This position involves 34 hours per week and will include a mixture of day shifts, evening shifts and sleep-in nights shifts.
Your Responsibilities as a Care Support Assistant
Assisting clients in their daily routines, encouraging independence wherever possible
Providing companionship and emotional support
Helping with household tasks and meal preparation
Supporting clients to attend appointments and community activities
Administering medication when required
What We’re Looking For
To be successful as a Care Support Assistant, you’ll need:
A caring and empathetic nature
Good communication skills
A genuine desire to support others
Basic IT and record-keeping skills
A full UK driving licence is advantageous
Previous experience is helpful but not essential – full training provided
