Job summary
As a Care Support Assistant, you will receive full training to help you thrive in your role and gain confidence in providing quality care. After training is completed, you will receive a competitive rate of pay of £19.14 an hour
This position is for 10 hour waking night shift per week
Waking night hours– 21.00-07.00
Main duties of the job
Your Responsibilities as a Care Support Assistant
Support with complex health needs including tracheostomy care
Assisting clients in their daily routines including personal care
Providing companionship and emotional support
Helping with household tasks and meal preparation
Supporting clients to attend appointments and community activities
Administering medication when required
What We’re Looking For
To be successful as a Care Support Assistant, you’ll need:
A caring and empathetic nature
Good communication skills
A genuine desire to support others
Basic IT and record-keeping skills
A full UK driving licence is advantageous
Previous experience is helpful but not essential – full training provided
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK, with documentation valid for at least 12 months, to ensure continuity of care for the person we suppor

We are currently seeking a Care Support Assistant to join our friendly and dedicated team supporting a client based in Barrow in Furness with his complex heath needs
