- Manage banking projects focused on implementing online banking solutions.
- Lead multiple project teams and manage large-scale programs.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define long-term program strategies.
- Plan and facilitate client workshops and project discussions.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project and program risks.
- Manage project changes, minimize disruptions, and adjust plans accordingly.
- Resolve project issues and ensure successful delivery.
- Train and coach team members in Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Analyze project data to support strategic decisions.
- Drive process improvements and organizational change.
