Key responsibilities
- Conduct investigations and research related to software piracy and licence misuse.
- Analyse data, prepare case reports, and engage with companies to reach commercial resolutions.
- Work with legal partners, ensuring strong communication and effective collaboration with external law firms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of services.
- Manage a case pipeline and ensure the successful closure of cases.
- Maintain accurate records and case documentation in internal systems.
