We are looking for fun, friendly and outgoing people to join our Customer Service team in Edmonton! What does a Customer Service Team Member do? Answer incoming phone calls and return voicemails Reach out by phone to our past customers to book them in again Respond to email inquiries Collect payments over the phone and online Respond in real time to online chats (yes - a real human answers those!) Other tasks as needed We are currently looking for folks with: Tuesday afternoon availability (starting at 12pm or earlier) 1 other weekday Saturday/Sunday
