Well, you must be… Have experience in a supervisor or shift leader role Have open availability Really, really great at working with the public – especially kids Outgoing and Confident Helping to resolve issues with customers Answering the phone Understand the ins and outs of our POS Always willing to help Able to be work on your feet all shift Are 18 and older Have a reliable way to get to our location Able to work weekends (both Saturday and Sunday)
