Job Title: Material HandlerJob DescriptionThe Warehouse Laborer is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse. This includes handling, storing, and shipping products, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate counts and proper storage.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Complete necessary paperwork and electronic records for inventory and shipping.
Essential Skills
- 1-3 years of manufacturing, distribution, and logistics experience.
- 1-3 years of sit-down forklift experience.
- 1-3 years of palletizing, inventory, picking, and staging experience.
- 1+ years of WMS experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Experience in inventory control and quality assurance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic computer skills for inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Forklift certification is a plus.

Work EnvironmentWork alongside 270 internal employees spread over three buildings, in an inside/outside environment. Operate as part of a team within distribution assisting the manufacturing facility. Enjoy a Monday through Friday schedule with shifts from 6 AM to 2:30 PM or 2:30 PM to 11 PM.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kutztown, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
