What You'll Do
- Operate and monitor robotic manufacturing equipment
- Perform machine setups, adjustments, and changeovers
- Load materials and keep production running efficiently
- Conduct quality inspections using measuring tools
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance
- Support production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards
What We're Looking For
- 6+ months of machine operating experience
- Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills
- Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to use calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Bonus Skills
Experience with robotics or automated machinery Machine setup and preventative maintenance experience Knowledge of pneumatic systems Manufacturing technicians looking to advance into automation

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Niskayuna, NY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
