What You'll Do
- Create and modify CNC programs for mills and lathes
- Develop and optimize programs using Mastercam
- Read blueprints and write/edit G-Code and N-Code
- Troubleshoot machining issues to improve quality and efficiency
- Support machine setup, first-piece inspections, and new job launches
- Work closely with machinists to reduce scrap and improve cycle times
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of CNC programming experience
- Strong G-Code and N-Code programming skills
- Proficiency with Mastercam
- Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T
- Knowledge of tooling, feeds, speeds, and machining processes
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $62400.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.- Medical Insurance
