Job DescriptionThis position involves assisting multiple machine operators in the loading and unloading of parts and materials from various CNC router machines. The role includes starting the machines, selecting correct parts based on written directions, documenting data, performing visual inspections of parts as they come off the machine, and seeking ways to improve processes and document final reporting.
Responsibilities
- Assist machine operators with loading and unloading parts and materials.

Essential Skills
- Experience in machine operation.
- Ability to follow written directions.
- Effective teamwork and ability to work with limited supervision.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 1+ years of stable work history in machine operation.
- Experience setting up machines preferred, but not mandatory.
- Willingness and desire to learn and grow with the company.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
