Full-Time/Long-Term!Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team on the receiving dock for night shifts. The role involves operating forklifts to efficiently unload incoming shipments and manage their storage within the warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Operate sit down forklifts to unload shipments from trucks and stage them for storage.
- Utilize RF scanning equipment to scan bar codes on wrapped skids and enter shipments into the warehouse management system.
- Use stand-up reach trucks and cherry picker forklifts to transport skids from staging areas to the warehouse for storage.
Essential Skills
- At least 1 year of prior forklift experience is required, with 2+ years preferred.
- Experience with stand-up reach forklifts, preferably Crown brand.
- Proficiency in unloading and loading trucks.
- Ability to use RF scanning equipment and enter shipments into the warehouse system.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in shipping and receiving operations.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems.

The dock is not climate controlled, requiring employees to work in varying temperatures as they move in and out of trucks. The night shift operates on a 2-2-3 schedule from 4 PM to 4 AM.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.81 - $22.81/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
