Day Shift: 6:15 AM - 6:30 PMNight Shift: 6:15 PM - 6:30 AMThe 2-2-3 schedule provides every other weekend off while allowing employees to work a consistent rotating schedule. Job Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production area
- Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production requirements
- Perform basic machine troubleshooting and report issues as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work a 12-hour rotating schedule
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
