Job Title: WelderJob DescriptionThis role focuses on welding parts and components to support production operations and ensure equipment runs smoothly. You will read and interpret blueprints and schematics, perform precise soldering work, and assist the production team in maintaining consistent, high-quality output.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand assembly requirements and layout.
- Use hand tools and soldering equipment to assemble and secure parts accurately.
- Assist production to ensure equipment and lines run smoothly and efficiently.
- Perform basic MIG welding tasks as needed to support production requirements.
- Inspect soldered and welded joints for quality, accuracy, and safety.
- Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality guidelines at all times.
- Communicate any equipment issues, material shortages, or production concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to support a safe and efficient workflow.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of BEREA, KY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.40/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
