Available Shifts
We are seeking candidates who can be flexible and open to working one of the following schedules:
- Day Shift: 4:00 AM - 1:00 PM
- Swing Shift: 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM
- Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday, 5:30 AM - 6:00 PM
- Work 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours
Occasional overtime may be available.
What You'll Do
As a Deburr Technician, you'll help ensure aerospace components meet the highest quality standards by:
- Removing excess material and surface imperfections from machined metal parts
- Grinding, polishing, refining, and deburring precision components
- Using hand tools, die grinders, belt sanders, and abrasive wheels
- Performing edge breaks and finishing operations on aerospace parts
- Following blueprints, work instructions, and quality standards
- Inspecting finished parts for accuracy and workmanship
What We're Looking For
Required
- Manufacturing experience
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work available shifts as business needs change
Preferred
- Deburring, grinding, polishing, or metal finishing experience
- Experience working with aerospace or precision-machined parts
- Blueprint reading experience
- 2+ years of manufacturing experience

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
