Job Title: Lathe MachinistJob DescriptionSet up and operate a Eurotech Twin Turret/Spindle Lathe equipped with a Fanuc Controller. Conduct first article inspections using micrometers, calipers, head gauges, and other measuring tools. Work primarily with stainless steel materials, maintaining specifications within +/- 1 thousandth of an inch. Serve as a mentor and resource to newer machinists, sharing knowledge to aid in their development.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate a Eurotech Twin Turret/Spindle Lathe with a Fanuc Controller.
- Perform first article inspections using precision measuring instruments.
- Maintain precision on stainless steel components, typically up to 6 inches in length, within tight tolerance levels.
- Provide guidance and training to less experienced machinists.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Experience with setting up and operating Twin Turret/Spindle Lathes.
- Familiarity with Fanuc controllers, Haas, Eurotech, and G&M codes.
- Troubleshooting skills for machinery issues.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $93600.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
