Maintenance Technician | 3rd Shift | $30-$35/hr + Training Provided
Join a growing manufacturing team at Direct Wire and play a critical role in keeping advanced production equipment running for industries like aerospace, data centers, and infrastructure. - Earn $30-$35/hr DOE with a stable 3rd shift schedule (7PM-7AM) on a rotating 4-3-4 schedule, including every other Saturday.
- Paid training on day shift for 4-5 weeks to ensure a successful transition into the role.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair industrial production equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and PLC-controlled systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance and collaborate with production teams to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Work with advanced manufacturing equipment, including copper production and wire processing systems that support critical industries nationwide.
- Utilize technical skills to read electrical and mechanical drawings, identify components, and work with 120/240/480 VAC systems.

Ideal candidates will have experience in industrial maintenance, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, PLC systems, and preventative maintenance programs. Must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, including periodic work around high-temperature furnace equipment while using specialized PPE.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.- 401k - 5% match. Employees can participate after 90 days of employment.
