Job DescriptionJoin a campus facilities team responsible for keeping classrooms, dormitories, offices, and common areas clean, safe, and welcoming. Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize classrooms, dorms, offices, restrooms, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and maintain floors and surfaces.
• Empty trash and recycling containers.
• Restock restroom and facility supplies.
• Perform deep cleaning and special cleaning projects as needed.
• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Move equipment and supplies throughout campus buildings.
• Provide friendly, professional service to students, staff, and visitors.
• Follow all cleaning and safety procedures.

Skills/Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, custodial, EVS, hotel, or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain active throughout the shift.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong attention to detail and dependability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer-service mindset and positive attitude.

Work EnvironmentThis is a first-shift position working Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-2:30 PM. You'll work across dormitories, classrooms, offices, and campus common areas in an active university setting. The role is hands-on and physical, involving walking, standing, bending, lifting, and cleaning throughout the day. Paid breaks are included.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Bryn Mawr, PA.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
