What You'll Do
- Maintain and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Complete preventive maintenance and respond to service requests
- Troubleshoot building equipment and perform general repairs
- Conduct routine inspections and support overall building operations
- Deliver excellent service to tenants and property teams
What We're Looking For
- Experience in commercial building maintenance, facilities, or engineering
- Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or mechanical systems
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $93600.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
