This post is fixed term for 11 Months due to funding.
Join the Early Years and Children's Health Team on a Fixed term/Secondment until 31st March 2027 and play a key role in delivering a portfolio of short-term improvement projects to strengthen infant feeding across Wales. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised motivated individual to make a real impact on population health in the early years.
Main duties of the job
The main duties and responsibilities of the Programme Support Co-ordinator are to:
support the development and maintenance of programme plans support the development, implementation and management of specific project plans ensure the development and management of required documentation support the tracking and management of budgets produce reports on progress for internal and external use support and co-ordinate stakeholder meetings, communications and engagement.
