About this role
We’re looking for a Financial Controller to join our M&A Accounting team in the UAE. You’ll own close, reporting and audit, partner with local management, and bring each business in line with inDrive’s standards. It’s a hands-on role for a controller who enjoys multi-entity complexity and wants real influence on how acquisitions integrate. Own month-end close and reporting for one or more acquired entities Review balance sheet reconciliations and key journal entries Partner with local management to understand the business and explain results vs. budget and forecast Support budgeting, forecasting and earn-out tracking Book and maintain PPA entries; provide input for valuations and technical memos Handle audit requests and act as the auditors’ main contact for your entities Align local policies, processes and controls with corporate standards (incl. SOX where applicable) Coach local finance teams to improve close quality and timing
