About this role
As a Facilities Technician at Impulse, you'll apply your hands-on expertise in both electrical systems or plumbing infrastructure. In this role, you’ll be a key player in maintaining a safe, functional, and efficient environment for our operations—keeping everything from power distribution to piping systems running smoothly. Perform routine and emergency maintenance on facility electrical systems, including lighting, circuits, control panels, outlets, and conduit runs Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, fixtures, pumps, and HVAC-related piping Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of building systems to ensure code compliance and operational integrity Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and safety teams to support infrastructure upgrades, remodels, and installations Respond to service requests and work orders efficiently while minimizing downtime Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including schematics, manuals, and maintenance logs Ensure safety standards and building codes are strictly followed (OSHA, NEC, UPC, etc.)
