About this role
The MIS Architect is responsible for maintaining and designing the company’s billing system. Maintain the ICOMS billing system and its IBM Host while implementing new processes and features. Assist with Data Migrations as well as Standardizing and/or automating various tasks. Troubleshoot all ICOMS and related issues to resolution. Support various key, customer facing departments with new issues and projects. Document new and current department processes and step by step instructional guides. Configure, apply, test, and document any requested changes prior to production implementation.
