About this role
The HSSE Lead – Taiwan is a pivotal role within the HKT HSSE team, providing strategic leadership and operational oversight for all Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental matters across JLL’s Work Place Management and Property Management operations in Taiwan. This position must hold a valid Class A Occupational Safety and Health Professional License issued by Taiwan’s Ministry of Labor and will serve as the officially designated license holder for JLL in Taiwan, fulfilling statutory responsibilities under local law. The role ensures full compliance with Taiwan’s OSH regulations, drives a proactive safety culture, and supports business continuity through robust risk management across offices, data centers, retail spaces, and other managed facilities.
The HSSE Lead partners with local operations, APAC regional teams, and global leadership to implement prevention-focused programs, mentor site teams, and deliver measurable improvements in HSSE performance—all while upholding JLL’s commitment to protecting people, property, and reputation.
