Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall site operations for a large-scale Data Center facility.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Manage day-to-day facilities management operations including engineering, maintenance, vendor management, EHS, and compliance activities.
- Oversee critical environment operations including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, UPS, generator, and BMS systems.
- Ensure all preventive and corrective maintenance activities are completed in accordance with operational standards and SLAs.
- Drive operational excellence, risk management, business continuity, and incident response processes.
- Lead and develop on-site teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
- Manage site budgets, reporting, resource planning, and operational performance metrics.
- Support audits, governance requirements, and compliance with client and regulatory standards.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and reliability.
