Facilities & Project Leadership
- Lead and manage all aspects of facility management service delivery, with primary focus on Asset Management, Operations, and capital project execution
- Serve as the point of management control for Facilities Management at the assigned site(s)
- Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of short and long-term facilities projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget completion
- Develop and implement annual management plans with clearly defined key performance indicators
- Manage capital and expense budgets, identifying cost optimization opportunities while maintaining service quality
