Exciting opportunity for an experienced Practice Nurse to join our friendly, dynamic, teaching practice based in Newington Green. We are an innovative teaching practice serving a population of 8000 patients. Experience in General Practice is essential. We welcome informal visits to our practice.
Main duties of the job
You will undertake all aspects of the practice Nurse role, including:
Management for patients with Long term conditionsAdminister vaccinations and immunisations for both adults and childrenCervical screeningWound managementContraception adviceAct as a mentor to our health care assistantPolicy management relating to the practice Nursing role
