We would like an enthusiastic, hardworking person with great communication skills to join our dedicated team of dispensers working from 2 sites. You will need to be caring, and of a compassionate nature.
We pride ourselves in providing excellent dispensing services to patients that live in surrounding villages of the practice.
Main duties of the job
Main duties consist of:
Dispensing medication
Communicating with patients on a daily basis
Cash handling/taking card payments
Processing prescriptions for end of month payments
Stock control

We are part of a very large practice providing medication to our patients on a daily basis.
We are currently a team of 12 twelve working from 2 sites.
We pride ourselves in providing great customer service to our patients.
We work closely with other teams within the practice.
We are a very close team and support each other at all times.
Job description Job responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION: To provide an accurate, timely and qualitative dispensing service to the registered patients at the Roxton Practice. Also dealing with queries in a professional, courteous and efficient way. Unqualified staff must be prepared to undertake Buttercups level 2 course in Dispensing. (equivalent to NVQ level 2)
Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
Grades A to C in Maths & English Excellent communication skills
Desirable
NVQ level 2 in dispensing services or equivalent would be desirable
