JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a motivated, creative, and detail-oriented intern to support the design and development of high-quality training content and learning materials. The role involves conducting research, developing structured educational content, and producing professional PowerPoint presentations that support effective knowledge transfer and employee development.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research relevant topics and develop comprehensive training content aligned with defined learning objectives and organizational needs.
- Design and structure training modules, ensuring logical content flow, clarity, and effective communication of key concepts.
- Develop professional, engaging, and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations for training sessions, workshops, and internal learning programs.
- Transform technical and complex information into concise, accessible, and learner-friendly content.
- Create supporting learning materials, including case studies, practical exercises, assessments, and interactive activities.
- Incorporate appropriate visual elements, infographics, diagrams, and illustrations to enhance the effectiveness of training presentations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather, validate, and refine training content.
- Review and enhance training materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, professional quality, and alignment with corporate branding guidelines.
- Maintain and organize training resources, presentation templates, and learning documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong research, analytical, and content development capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with strong presentation design and visual storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or AI-assisted content development tools is an advantage.
- Ability to organize information effectively and communicate complex subjects clearly.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated interest in learning and development, corporate training, and instructional design.
