About the Role
As a Medical HR Specialist, you will:
Lead on complex and sensitive Medical HR matters, including MHPS cases, job planning disputes, grievances and other ER activity
Act as a trusted advisor to senior medical leaders and clinical managers
Manage investigations, hearings and appeals, ensuring compliance with NHS terms and conditions, employment law and Trust policy
Provide expert interpretation of consultant contracts, medical TCS, job planning frameworks and national guidance
Promote a fair, inclusive and just culture across medical workforce processes
Support HR digital transformation, champion HR systems and use data and analytics to drive improvement
Contribute to policy development, training for medical leaders, and continuous improvement across the Medical Hub
Supervise and coach Medical HR Advisors, supporting their development
Represent Medical HR in meetings, governance forums and employment tribunals where required
