Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Head of HR to lead and manage the complete human resources function across multiple operational locations within the UAE. The role requires a strong HR leader with extensive experience managing large-scale workforce environments, employee relations, compliance, recruitment operations, and HR service delivery within operationally intensive industries.
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in UAE Labour Law, workforce planning, employee welfare, organizational development, and HR operational leadership.
Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the full HR function across multiple operational sites Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and operational processes Manage manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and workforce deployment Oversee employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and conflict resolution Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, visa processing, and internal policies Manage payroll coordination and HR operational administration Supervise and mentor HR team members across business units Coordinate with department heads, government authorities, and external stakeholders Drive employee engagement, welfare initiatives, and organizational development programs Ensure efficient HR service delivery across all operational functionsRequirements
Experience Minimum 10–15 years of HR leadership experience within: Facilities Management Hospitality Construction Large workforce operational environments Education Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Master’s Degree or HR certification will be an added advantage Required Skills Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations Experience managing large-scale workforce operations Leadership and team management capabilities Employee relations and conflict resolution expertise Workforce planning and recruitment management HR operations and compliance management Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multi-site HR operations
