DV Cleared Project Planner - Contract
Location: Basingstoke (5 Days Onsite)
Contract: Inside IR35
Clearance: Active DV Clearance Required
We are seeking an experienced DV Cleared Project Planner to support the delivery of complex programmes within a secure environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integrated project schedules in line with planning standards and governance.
- Establish and manage baseline plans, including scope, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
- Align project schedules with master programme plans.
- Ensure schedule logic supports effective impact and change analysis.
- Track progress, identifying variance, slippage, and emerging risks.
- Produce schedule reports and planning metrics for stakeholders.
- Work closely with Project Managers, PMO teams, and technical stakeholders.
Essential Skills
- Active DV Clearance (mandatory).
- Proven experience as a Project Planner, Programme Planner, or Project Controls Planner.
- Strong knowledge of baseline management, critical path analysis, and schedule governance.
- Experience with progress tracking, forecasting, and variance reporting.
- Experience using project scheduling and planning tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Desirable
- Experience within Defence, Government, or National Security environments.
- Knowledge of project controls and risk management.
Please note: This role requires 5 days per week onsite in Basingstoke, and candidates must hold active DV Clearance to be considered.
