Temporary HR Advisor (Circa 4-Week Contract) | Charity Sector
We are currently seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join a respected charity on a temporary 4-week assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional who can provide hands-on support across a range of HR activities during a busy period.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing advice and guidance to managers on HR matters
- Supporting employee relations cases, including absence, performance and disciplinary issues
- Supporting a HR project and attendance in meetings - with follow up correspondance
- Assisting with HR administration and documentation a
- Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies
About You
- Previous experience in an HR Advisor role
- Strong employee relations knowledge
- CIPD qualification or equivalent experience preferred
- Able to work independently and hit the ground running
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
Contract: Temporary, circa 4 weeks
