cer Financial are working alongside a bank, who are based in London. They are seeking a Relationship Manager FI to work with them on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with banking and non-banking financial institutions.
- Conduct credit analysis and prepare credit applications for syndicated and bilateral loans.
- Assess borrower financials, cash flows, debt capacity, and credit risks.
- Support loan structuring, financial modelling, and stress testing.
- Liaise with origination, credit risk, and legal teams on loan approvals and negotiations.
- Review loan documentation and ensure compliance with LMA standards and internal policies.
The candidate
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in wholesale banking, credit analysis, or relationship management.
- Strong expertise in syndicated and bilateral loans and LMA documentation.
- Excellent financial statement analysis, credit assessment, and financial modelling skills.
- Knowledge of loan structuring, credit risk, and lending regulations.
- Strong client relationship management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; CFA or ACCA is advantageous.
- Mandarin speaking.
