About Our ClientsOur client, is a fast-growing DTC brand in the beauty and wellness space focused on hair regrowth and health solutions. The company operates within the BeautyTech and medical devices industries and is scaling toward becoming a global beauty brand.

They are looking for a Data Engineer to own and optimize their modern data stack, supporting marketing analytics, attribution, reporting, and operational forecasting across the business.

ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of the company’s data stack, including BigQuery and Looker Studio environmentsBuild and maintain real-time reporting pipelines for marketing spend and campaign performanceImplement and manage tracking pixels, server-to-server (S2S) integrations, and event tracking systemsDesign and improve attribution models to support data-driven marketing decisionsServe as the technical point of contact for the User Acquisition team regarding tracking, APIs, URLs, naming conventions, and troubleshootingDevelop automation solutions to improve reporting workflows and operational efficiencyBuild inventory forecasting pipelines across Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other ecommerce channelsCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and analytics stakeholders to improve reporting accuracy and business visibilityRequirements

6+ years of experience in data engineering, preferably within ecommerce or DTC environmentsStrong SQL and data modeling skillsHands-on experience with BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar cloud data warehousesProficiency in Python for automation and data processingExperience with modern data stack tools such as dbt and AirflowExperience with BI and visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Looker, Tableau, or Power BIStrong understanding of marketing data ecosystems, including APIs, tracking pixels, S2S integrations, and event trackingFamiliarity with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Google Ads, and Meta AdsExcellent communication skills in EnglishComfortable working independently in a remote environmentNice to have: Experience with Kubernetes and DockerNice to have: Experience with GCP or broader cloud infrastructure environmentsNice to have: Experience supporting attribution, ecommerce analytics, or growth marketing teamsBenefits
