Demonstrated commercial and financial capability, including project costing, budgeting, forecasting, margin management and the evaluation of operational and commercial risks. Sound understanding of international shipping, customs and trade requirements, together with applicable safety, quality and regulatory standards across complex logistics environments. Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and analytical skills, with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams across a regional matrix structure, supported by proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant project management tools.
