Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services to customers Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate person Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and problem-solving skills Meet or exceed individual/team targets
Requirements
At least 1 year BPO experienceHas email/ticketing support experienceA background in automotive, logistics and e-commerce is a plusExcellent verbal & written English skillsMust be detail-oriented and displays critical thinkingWilling to work on site in MakatiAmenable working night shiftBenefits
