Account specific roles and responsibilities
Collect, validate, and analyze financial data from accounting systems to ensure accuracy and completeness. Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports, including budgets, actuals, variance analysis, and cost analysis. Develop dashboards and data visualizations to track financial performance and support decision-making. Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and financial analysis. Assist in identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization. Maintain and improve financial data processes, ensuring data integrity and consistency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and provide insights. Support audits by providing necessary documentation and data analysis.
Requirements
With bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or any related fieldAt least 1 year experience in Reports Analytics or similarMust have extensive MS Excel experienceGood Verbal and Written English Communication skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsSelf-driven, ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, MandaluyongAmenable working night shiftBenefits
