Account specific roles and responsibilitiesProcess invoice, deposits, Activity Logs, SOX Report and other AR tasksProcessing payments such as tracking, making bank deposits and running reportsProperly track payments into the system to maintain accurate bookkeeping recordsMaintaining bookkeeping databases and spreadsheetsCommunicating with clients request regarding additional assigned tasksUpdating client accounts based on payment or contact informationExtremely organized to keep track of all emails, letters and calls related to client invoices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.1 - 2 years experience in Bookkeeping, General accounting (AP/AR), or similar Knowledge of different accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, or Sage Intacct is an advantage.Proficiency in using MS ExcelStrong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Good verbal and written English skillsWilling to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, MandaluyongAmenable working night shiftBenefits
