MSL Motor Group requires multiple Service Advisor roles for their premises at North Circular Road, North City Business Park, Dublin 11.The salary range starts from €36,605 (18.05/hr) to €54,000 (26.63/hr) based on a 39-hour week. Salary will increase proportionately if additional hours are required. Salary offered shall be based on relevant experience and qualifications.
- Job Description - Act as the primary customer contact for service appointments and vehicle repair needs.
- Conduct vehicle walk-arounds, document customer concerns, and recommend services.
- Provide accurate estimates, prepare repair orders, and coordinate with technicians.
- Manage service workflow to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
- Communicate status updates, upsell recommended services, and resolve customer issues.
- Maintain compliance with brand standards, warranties, and safety protocols.KEY REQUIREMENTSRequired Qualifications - Prior service advisor experience in a dealership; luxury brand experience preferred.
- Strong technical understanding of automotive systems and diagnostics.
- Excellent customer service, sales, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with dealership management/service systems.
- Strong time-management and multitasking ability.
- Valid driver’s license; ability to work flexible hours.
