- The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining high standards of customer service, supervising staff, managing stock and supplies, and supporting the overall performance of the business.
- Duties and Responsibilities- Overseeing daily operations and ensuring the business runs efficiently.- Supervising staff, preparing duty rosters, and monitoring team performance.- Ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times.- Managing stock control, ordering, and supplier coordination.- Monitoring cash handling, tills, and daily sales reporting.- Ensuring compliance with company procedures and health and safety standards.- Supporting the implementation of promotions and sales initiatives.- Handling customer concerns and resolving operational issues promptly.- Monitoring operational costs and supporting business targets.- Managing in-store systems and acting as the main point of contact for operational or technical issues.
- Candidate Requirements- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline (minimum Level 7).- Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations management, retail management, or food service management.- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.- Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail.- Experience with POS systems and reporting is an advantage.
