- The successful candidates will play a key role in the processing of meat products, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Cut, trim and prepare meat cuts to specific meat and industry specification.
- Physical role including lifting and standing.
- In addition to skilled knife use, knife user must be able to operate cleavers, meat saws, band saws and other equipment to perform meat cutting.
