Heavy General Labour Day Shift (Pan Transfer / Feeder)

📍 Day Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM💲 Competitive Pay🏭 Food Manufacturing / Commercial Bakery EnvironmentAre you looking for a hands-on role with steady hours and the opportunity to work with a growing food manufacturing company? We are hiring Heavy General Labour Workers (Pan Transfer / Feeders) to support high-speed production lines in a fast-paced commercial bakery environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Feed baking pans and raw materials into conveyor lines to keep production running smoothly.
• Transfer trays and products between production, cooling, and packaging areas.
• Monitor production lines and prevent jams or disruptions.
• Inspect trays and pans to ensure food safety and quality standards are met.
• Remove defective products and damaged materials from the production line.
• Assist with packing, organizing materials, and other general labour duties.
• Maintain clean and sanitary workstations in accordance with GMP and food safety standards.
• Work closely with machine operators and production teams to meet daily production goals.

What We're Looking For

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift Comfortable standing and moving for an entire 8-hour shift Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused Basic English communication skills Strong teamwork and positive attitude

Bonus Qualifications

• Food manufacturing, bakery, packaging, or production experience
• Experience working around conveyor lines or assembly lines
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, or food safety procedures
• Experience with material handling equipment such as dock stockers or scissor lifts

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.95 - $17.95/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
