Monitoring & Support Coordinator 36 hours Amersfoort Holland Water is a rapidly growing scale-up, and we believe in smarter and sustainable water management through innovative water tech. Our growth is driven by an ambitious team and a clear vision, supported by a strong partnership with our investor. We are looking for a Monitoring & Support Coordinator. Monitoring coordinator What are you going to do? Your responsibilities as Monitoring & Support Coordinator As a Monitoring & Support Coordinator, you are the first point of contact for monitoring over 1,100 water management systems.
You monitor and analyze various parameters on a daily basis, detect anomalies, and respond proactively to ensure the system operates optimally together with the customer. You guide customers through a series of checks and actions to ensure the safety of drinking water. When there are no anomalies, you support colleagues with customer inquiries about the operation of their system. If necessary, you create an internal ticket to dispatch a technician and coordinate this process in consultation with the customer.
You work closely with internal departments such as customer service, engineering, resource planners, and the technical product manager, providing teams with constructive feedback to improve processes. Our ideal profile - You have an affinity with (electro)technology, industrial control systems, and IoT.
- You have good communication skills and command of the Dutch language.
- You are inquisitive, precise, solution-oriented, and a team player.
- You have experience with monitoring tasks and coordinating tickets/issues.
- You work 36 hours and at least 3 days per week from our office in Amersfoort.
