Direct solliciteren Neem contact op Automatisch verbeterd voor betere leesbaarheid Jurist Sociaal Zekerheidsrecht & Arbeid (senior) Role purpose: Provide senior-level legal expertise in Dutch social security law and employment law, advising stakeholders, managing complex cases, and ensuring compliant, high-quality legal outcomes. Core responsibilities - Advise on sociaal zekerheidsrecht and arbeidsrecht , including complex and sensitive dossiers.
- Draft and review legal documents (e.g., objections, appeals, settlements, policies, and correspondence).
- Represent the organization in proceedings and negotiations with authorities, courts, unions, employees, and external counsel.
- Interpret legislation and case law; translate legal developments into practical guidance and internal policies.
- Lead or contribute to projects on compliance, process improvement, and risk management.
- Mentor junior colleagues and act as a subject-matter expert for internal teams.
Required skills and qualifications
- Senior expertise in Dutch social security law and employment law ; strong command of relevant procedures and case law.
- Excellent legal analysis, writing, and advisory skills; able to simplify complex legal issues for non-legal audiences.
- Experience handling objections/appeals and stakeholder management in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Strong judgment, integrity, and confidentiality; proactive and solution-oriented.
- Fluent Dutch (written and spoken); English proficiency is a plus.
