Your responsibilities will include
- Leading and developing your team: Manage, coach, and inspire the Housekeeping team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Maintaining exceptional standards: Ensure that all guest rooms, suites, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and quality, in line with the Amstel Hotel's brand standards.
- Creating memorable guest experiences: Work closely with the Front Office and other operational departments to anticipate guest needs, accommodate special requests, and ensure personalised attention for VIPs, returning guests, and other valued visitors.
- Driving quality and consistency: Conduct regular inspections and quality assessments, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement procedures that safeguard the hotel's standards and enhance the guest experience.
