Groningen Employment: full-time / part-time, by agreement Salary: in line with the hospitality collective labour agreement and experience Chupitos Groningen is the North's shot bar: busy nights, creative shots and a young, energetic team.
To support our growth, we are looking for a hands-on floor manager who loves nightlife and wants to build Chupitos' future alongside the general manager.
What will you do?
- You will be the operational point of contact during the night, actively working on the floor, leading the team and maintaining service, atmosphere and quality.
- You will also handle opening and closing, stock management, identifying problems and training new colleagues.
Who are we looking for?
- Experience in bars or cafés; supervisory experience is an advantage A speaker of Dutch and English Available at weekends; most work is at night An SVH Social Hygiene qualification, or willingness to obtain it Proactive, sociable, solution-oriented and a real night owl What do we offer?
