What will you do?
- As HR Manager, you will be the main point of contact for HR within the organization and a member of the local management team.
- You will also work closely with the international HR team.
- In this role, you will combine operational HR matters with the further development and professionalization of HR within the organization.

- Digitalization;
- Vitality, wellbeing and sustainable employability;
- HR analytics;
- Strategic workforce planning.
You will have the opportunity to use your expertise to help determine what is needed and how HR can continue to develop.
Who are we looking for?
- We are looking for someone who is confident working independently while also connecting well with the organization.
You bring the following
- Higher professional education (HBO level), preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a similar field;
- At least 10 years of experience as an HR Manager or in a comparable broad HR role;
- Experience with change management is appreciated;
- Experience in an international environment, preferably within a technical or industrial organization;
- Good command of English, both written and spoken;
- A proactive, decisive, persistent and connecting personality.
