Butcher required in Finglas, Dublin 11. Duties include:* Preparing, cutting, trimming, deboning and portioning meat.* Operating butchery equipment safely and efficiently.* Maintaining high standards of hygiene, food safety and quality control.* Preparing meat products according to customer and production requirements.* Following all health and safety procedures.
