Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain IT and OT network systems to support 24/7 business operations.
- Implement and manage routing and switching protocols across a mostly Cisco-based infrastructure.
- Secure the network environment using advanced firewall technologies and software-defined solutions.
- Develop automation scripts to streamline network operations and configuration management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional ICT teams to provide connectivity and infrastructure support for various projects.
- Participate in a standby rotation to ensure continuous service availability for international stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8+ years experience in routing and switching protocols including OSPF , ISIS , MP-BGP , and MST . 8+ years experience with Cisco network hardware including ASR , ISR , Catalyst , and Nexus devices.
- 8+ years experience managing Cisco Wireless infrastructure.
- 8+ years experience with cloud technologies, specifically Microsoft Azure . 8+ years experience in network automation using Python or Ansible . 8+ years experience with Cisco ACI or Cisco SD-WAN . Experience with security technologies including Checkpoint and Palo Alto firewalls.
- Experience with network monitoring and management tools such as NAC and central syslog . You possess a background in computer science, a proactive mindset, and are willing to travel within Belgium.
- You are fluent in English with professional proficiency in Dutch or French . Nice to Haves Knowledge of TACACS and RADIUS servers.
- Experience with Zabbix , Elastic , or Cisco ISE .
