Responsibilities
- Resolve incidents, information requests, and service requests within security, privacy, and IAM environments.
- Execute technical configurations and manage changes for infrastructure and account management teams.
- Develop, monitor, and maintain security and privacy policies, standards, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide technical support for onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Support the Infrastructure and DevOps teams in technical maintenance and project realization.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in technical configuration and management within Azure . 3+ years experience with technical configuration of Microsoft Entra ID or Azure AD beyond basic access management.
- 3+ years experience in IT networking, specifically with IP addresses , subnets , firewalls , routing , and DNS . You possess practical experience with Azure DevOps and PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) . You bring experience in developing automations using PowerShell . You have a solid understanding of ITIL and the execution of technical operational processes.
- You hold an AZ-900 (Azure Fundamentals) certification.
- You're proactive, independent, and a strong team player.
- You are fluent in English (C1) with a C1 level in Dutch or French . Nice to Haves Relevant experience in the Belgian energy market.
- 3+ years experience with Office 365 . Knowledge of ServiceNow or TOPdesk . Certifications such as MS-500 , AZ-500 , SC-100 , SC-300 , or SC-900 . Knowledge of both Dutch and French .
